About POCA Divorce

POCA Divorce offers four main service areas: (1) educational videos; (2) case evaluation appointments; (3) blogs; (4) other non-legal advice services related to divorce.
Getting Started
-

You will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire covering some details about your marriage. The more accurate information you provide, the better our case representative understands your case status.
Subscriptions & Billing

POCA Divorce uses a subscription model. If your purchase includes a subscription, you will be charged for the initial term at checkout. Unless you cancel, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each term and your credit card is charged the current rate.
-
You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and going to My Account => Subscription. Canceling future automatic renewals. Please note that canceling all subscriptions authorizes POCA Divorce to delete your stored data. However, if you switch your account to the Frozen Program, POCA Divorce will retain your stored data in your POCA account until your cancellation.
