Our Refund Policy and Guarantee

At POCA Divorce, we are committed to creating a better, earlier approach to managing divorce. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, ensuring transparency, fairness, and success.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly membership fees are non-refundable.

  • We cannot grant a refund in cases where a customer has accessed any videos or membership content.

  • Our services are sold as complete packages, and we do not support partial refunds or downgrades.

  • Exception: if you purchased the annual membership, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment date.

  • Third-party services purchased through POCA Divorce are subject to the refund policy of third-party services.

Refund requests can be initiated through your account profile or by contacting customer support. For any further assistance, our customer support team is available to guide you through the process.

Refund Limitations

Refunds cannot be granted for personal circumstances, such as changes of heart, reconciliation, or unforeseen complications, unless the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy are met. We are unable to refund fees paid on behalf of third parties that cannot be recovered. For example, if electronic filing has been completed and court fees have been paid, those fees are non-refundable as courts do not issue refunds to us.

Security

We have implemented reasonable measures to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depend on you. No data transmission over the Internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission, or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
